We decided early on that we did not want to outsource our technical staff. We wanted to ensure rapid service focused on Parisi customers.

Anthony Paris, Service Director, is a natural fit. An electrician for forty years, Anthony has a wealth of experience with everything mechanical.

Anthony and his assistant Joe Carl DiMartino were certified at manufacturer training schools in Seattle on La Marzocco, Franke, and other brands through ESI and ECM.

Anthony and his experienced staff can service and repair any model of espresso or coffee equipment in the market.

We work with many brands of brewers including BUNN, Wilbur Curtis, and Fetco.

To provide the best possible taste and to protect brewing and espresso equipment, we install filtration on all of our machines. We track usage with software to ensure timely replacement.

Our service staff is on-call twenty four hours a day, seven days per week.
